CCEA Chinese Language School in Skokie, IL was founded by a group of Chinese families in northern Chicago in 1968. We teach traditional Chinese characters, and we have language and culture classes for all ages.
NEWS
Remote learning continues
Due to the severity of the COVID-19 situation in our community, we have decided to continue our remote instruction for the 2022~2023 school year. Dance and art classes will not resume until students and teachers can safely return for in-person instruction.
We appreciate your patience during this evolving situation and will keep you informed of any new developments.
Mail-in registrations are accepted from 7/15/2022 to 8/20/2022. In-person registration will be held from 1 to 4 pm, Saturday, 7/16/2022 on the 3rd floor in the school building. First day of school for the 2022~2023 school year is 9/10.

2019 Midwest Chinese Culture series - Chinese Culture and Arts Exhibit was held at CCEA from 1:30 to 4:00 pm on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2019. Exhibitions included Chinese painting, calligraphy and chess, abacus,paper folding, Chinese knot, Chinese paper dolls and folk dance.
